Customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a simple, fast, and fair solution.

🔁 Return deadline

You have 7 calendar days after receiving your order to request a return or exchange.

✅ Eligibility conditions

To be eligible for a return:

·       The product must not have been used

·       It must be in its original condition , without damage

·       It must be returned in its original packaging , with all accessories included

📦 Personalized or custom-made products are not refundable , except in the event of a defect or error on our part.

❌ Cases of refusal of reimbursement

No returns will be accepted if:

·       The product is damaged by the user

·       The 7-day deadline has passed

·       The item is incomplete or without original packaging

🔄 Exchanges

If your product is defective or has been damaged during transport, we will exchange it free of charge . Please send a photo or video of the defect to:

💸 Refund

Once the return has been accepted and verified, we will proceed with the refund via the same payment method used, within 5 to 10 working days .

In case of payment on delivery, we will offer you:

·       A credit valid on a future order,
Or

·       A refund by bank transfer if necessary

📦 Return costs

·       If the return is due to an error on our part (incorrect or defective product): costs at our expense

·       If the return is due to a change of mind: return costs are your responsibility

1.       Contact us by email at support@viberpm.ma within 7 days of receipt.

2.       Indicate the order number and the reason for the return .

3.       We will provide you with the return address and the steps to follow.
